Changing of Major / Minor or Academic Level
Undergraduate Students - If changing your major or minor, complete the Major/Minor Update Form available on the Registrar's website. Once the change of major or minor has been approved, a new Form I-20 will be ready for you pick up in three business days at the Office of International Affairs (OIA).
Graduate Students - If changing your major or changing your degree program (e.g. changing from a Ph.D. to a master's program), complete the Petition for Change or Major/Degree available through the Graduate Division website. Once the change of major or degree level has been approved, you will be notified when a new Form I-20 is ready for pick up from OIA.
