Graduate Students (Master's or Doctorate level)
The Spring 2021 new international graduate student orientation will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 8:00 - 10:00 am. Please check-in with the Office of International Affairs upon your arrival (before orientation) by emailing Lacey Long-Vejar. Please attach a copy of your visa, I-94 and New Student Check-In Form to the email.

It is important to read all incoming emails from the Graduate Division or Graduate Students Services regarding mandatory training and/or hiring paperwork. You will need your UC Merced form I-20 or form DS-2019, your visa, your passport and I-94 to complete the hiring paperwork.
